Job summary

Cloudxtreme is seeking a senior professional to support the Risk & Control SME across multiple PMO projects in Gurgaon. You will handle governance, documentation, and executive communications to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

Experts with PMO, Risk & Control, and strong stakeholder management will drive project tracking, dashboards, and mentor junior staff while aligning with PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 610 years of experience in PMO, Risk & Control, or Project Governance roles.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall) and governance processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in project tracking tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent).
• Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior consultants and support staff, providing direction and quality assurance on deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational PMO standards and risk frameworks.
