Job summary

Mastek Ltd, a global digital engineering and cloud transformation specialist, is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across the AMEA region.

You will be accountable for governance, delivery management, financial tracking, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes, with hands-on ownership of artefacts and delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong knowledge of at least one Oracle Cloud domain: HCM, Payroll, Financials, Procurement, EPM.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain project governance artifacts (Charter, Plan, RAID).
• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across workstreams.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, margins, invoicing milestones.
• Serve as primary customer-facing project representative and communicate status.
• Lead functional and technical consultants across workstreams.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager to lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations across the AMEA region. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will be accountable for project governance, delivery management, financial tracking, stakeholder engagement, and successful project outcomes.

Unlike traditional coordination-focused PM roles, you will be expected to personally create and own key project management artefacts, manage project financials, and drive delivery excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Planning

• Own and maintain Project Charter, Project Plan, and RAID Log.
• Drive governance forums, steering committee meetings, and project reviews.
• Manage project scope, baseline, and change control processes.

Delivery Management

• Lead Oracle Cloud implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple workstreams.
• Identify risks to timelines and implement corrective actions.

Financial Management

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, effort burn, margins, and invoicing milestones.
• Monitor project financial health and proactively mitigate risks.
• Support commercial governance and change request management.

Risk & Issue Management

• Own project RAID management.
• Assess risks, drive mitigation plans, and elevate with recommendations.
• Ensure timely resolution of project issues.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary customer-facing project representative.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Provide clear and timely communication on project status and risks.

Team Leadership

• Lead functional and technical consultants across project workstreams.
• Ensure delivery quality through structured review and governance processes.
• Support resource planning and utilization management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of at least one Oracle Cloud domain:
• HCM
• Payroll
• Financials
• Procurement
• EPM
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within a consulting, systems integrator, or Oracle partner environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• PRINCE2 Certification
• Agile Project Management Certification
• Experience delivering projects across the AMEA region.
