Job summary

  • 2-4 years’ experience with data management, principals and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus.

  • Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and maintain related data.
  • Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
  • Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor claims data.
  • Manage inquiry logs, including preparing and circulating inquiry logs to client and case professionals, promptly forwarding applicable escalations, and coordinating with Kroll Restructuring’s internal communications team.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

Job description

The position is intended to support our ongoing operational requirements and provide additional coverage for global business needs and has a potential for growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker and detailed oriented, willing to work long hours, as necessary. This position requires the candidate to work US business hours (approx. 10am- 7pm Eastern Time).

The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
