Job summary

Kroll is seeking an Analyst to support the Indian Restructuring business, based in Mumbai or Delhi. The role reports to Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice and involves day-to-day operations to ensure deadlines are met.

The candidate will perform in-depth research, prepare proposals and publications, collate information for reports and manage workload while travelling to client sites as needed. Strong academics and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of post-graduate professional work experience.
• Financial or commercial experience in audit, management accounting or similar preferred.
• MBA or B.Com/BA in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management with a Finance concentration.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar.
• Strong academic track record and ability to handle confidential information.

• Performing in-depth client, competitor, industry, market and economy research
• To liaise with and provide feedback to company stakeholders, lenders, legal counsels, employees and directors
• Contributing directly to the development of proposals, presentations and publications
• To collate information and assist in the preparation of reports
• To take ownership of work assignments and manage their own workload
• To keep line managers appraised on progress
• To assist and support other members of the team as required
• To take an active part in the firm and demonstrate a "can do" approach
• The job may involve travel to clients’ sites, away from the Office

The position will be based in Mumbai or Delhi and will ultimately report to the Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice. An Analyst will be responsible for the various day-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business and for ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements
