Kroll in India seeks an Analyst to support its Restructuring practice, based in Mumbai or Delhi. You will conduct in-depth research on clients, competitors, markets, and industry trends, and help prepare reports and proposals for lenders and management.
The role requires 2-3 years post-graduate experience in finance or related fields, MBA/BA in Finance, and strong analytical, written and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Travel to client sites may be required.

We are tasked with offering transaction and advisory services along with expert guidance to both domestic and foreign organizations in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.
We are seeking an Analyst to support the Indian Restructuring business. The position will be based in Mumbai or Delhi and will ultimately report to the Managing Directors within the Restructuring Practice. An Analyst will be responsible for the various day-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business and for ensuring deadlines are met.
