• Foster continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements to processes.

The Junior Analyst will be part of the operations team, supporting a project team with all operational tasks related to quality including but not limited to Data Entry, Claim Review, and audits. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be consultative and solution-oriented, and be capable of managing multiple priorities.
