Job summary

IndiGo is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to conceptualize and create compelling visual assets that align with our brand identities. You will develop designs across print, digital, and e-learning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines.

The role requires a strong portfolio, excellent communication, and a passion for design, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and motion graphics. This is a 6-month contractual position with rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any stream or related field.
• 3–6 years as a Graphic Designer in a creative studio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.

Position Overview

The role involves conceptualizing and creating compelling visual assets that align with our brand identities and objectives. Responsibilities include developing designs for various mediums, such as Articulate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Vyond, AI. The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date with industry trends, take ownership of projects from concept to completion, and maintain brand consistency across all design assets. A strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create compelling visual assets that align with our objectives and brand identities
• Develop designs for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and e-learning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet project requirements and timelines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that exceed client expectations
• Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all design assets

Requirements

• Graduation in any stream or related field
• Proven experience 0f 03 - 06 years as a Graphic Designer, creative studio environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc), MS Office 365, Articulate 360, AI videos
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional designs
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Familiarity with eLearning design and development

*This is a contractual role for 6 months with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
