Ideal candidates have 4–8 years of experience, a master's degree in a quantitative field, and strong communication to present findings to diverse stakeholders. The position emphasizes data-backed decision making and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, data science, business analytics, or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of experience in analytics, preferably in consulting, airlines, or e-commerce.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work with BI tools: PowerBI, Tableau, and data visualization.
• Experience with data lakes, SQL, Python/R, and CRM platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of data analytics, businessintelligence, and the ability to work in a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle large datasets, using tools like SQL, PowerBI, Tableau
• Summarize the data and analyze results - formulate, review, and present conclusions,recommended action plans:
• Help shape and priorities the requirements backlog based on strategic initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Help data backed decision

Desired Candidate Profile & Education Qualification

• Master's degree in computer science / data science / business Analytics / or other analytically focused programs
• Industry Preference: Consulting / Airlines / E- Commerce
• Years of Experience: 4-8 Years
• Expert in Business Communication, Analytics, Problem-solving, Good Personnel management and strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated experience working with PowerBI, Power Query, R/Python, Tableau, MS Office, MS PowerPoint
• Proven ability to independently perform quantitative analysis & hypothesis testing. Experience working with Data Lake/Mart, Business Intelligence tools and CRM
• Effective communication skills for conveying insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated track record of effectively managing high-visibility analytics projects.
• Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling is a plus.
• Transition regular and operational reporting into self-service solutions and promote the on-going usage.
• Translate business issues in hypotheses, identify the most appropriate analysis techniques, setup experiments to test hypotheses empirically, and translate findings in actionable insights.
• Use a range of mathematical concepts, statistical analysis, experience, and industry knowledge techniques to shape the analytics, recommending and delivering the best approach to solve the business problem.
• Apply 'storytelling' techniques and approaches to tailor and communicate operational and strategic insights to stakeholders.
• Simplify the message or narrative into easy to comprehend data views and commentary.
• Define and deliver metrics, dashboards, and analytical models vital for tracking and managing
