Job summary

NAB India is expanding its Innovation Centre to accelerate operations and technology excellence, delivering faster, better and more personalized customer experiences. The role focuses on records and information governance, data retention, and cross‑functional collaboration with business and technology leaders.

You will help deploy enterprise-wide capabilities, manage data policies, and support third‑party tools like RecordPoint, Workday-related processes, and other data governance initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with technology teams across multiple domains.
• Experience deploying enterprise-wide AI capabilities.
• Data governance and records management experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to liaise with business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with multiple stakeholder groups at varying seniority levels.
• Collaborate with technology teams to align records management with policy.
• Support deployment of retention policies in NAB digital apps.
• Advise on records management standards and remediation activities.
• Manage third-party relationships related to records tooling.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and governance initiatives.

• Engage and influence multiple stakeholder groups of varying levels of seniority.

• Experience consulting/advising on records management standards, processes, remediation (preferred)
  
• Maintaining guidance on records management policy business/technical requirements.
  
• Supporting business in deploying records retention policy in NAB digital applications, such as Workday, Arrangement Services etc. to ensure retention by design for these systems.
  
• Supporting the business in purging digital data persisted in NAB applications.
  
• Support in managing third-party relationship - RecordPoint.
  

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Extensive experience managing and/or coordinating with technology teams
  
• Experience deploying and embedding new enterprise-wide capability leveraging AI (machine learning).
  
• Prior data governance and/or records/information management experience is highly desirable.
  
• Application development or technology support
  
• Technical Domain experience (e.g. SME, technology, or tools)
  
• Platform automation tools (DB Management, AWS, Jenkins, Github)
  
• Workflow tools such as Jira / Rally
