  • Understanding of administrative, filing and financial matters such as receivables and payables.
  • Abilities to develop drafting of notes / filing work etc on various administrative matters.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to Admin department/office.
  • Draft, type and process official correspondence, reports, notes and other documents.
  • Maintain office files, records and databases in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Receive, screen emails and correspondences appropriately and follow up.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and document dispatch.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate procurement of stationery and other administrative requirements.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports and spreadsheets.
  • Support the processing of invoices, reimbursements and other routine administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Ensure confidentiality of official documents and sensitive information.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and administrative procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting officer from time to time.
