Job summary

GUS Education India (GEI) in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Data Analyst/Consultant to consolidate HR data, dashboards and content across L&D, HR Ops, OB, MIS and HRBP functions. Proficiency in data visualization with Tableau or Power BI is essential.

The role requires an MBA in HR and strong Excel, with an eye for detail to enable data-driven decision making and governance of HR data repositories. You will report to Head - HR Operations and collaborate with the HR Analytics & Insights team to

Repository Management

• Manages - One stop repository that eliminates subjectivity and brings in objectivity through linked xls files that are auto populated to quantify HR ops, HRBP & L&D productivity

Statistical Analysis

• Identify and perform statistical analyses that help decision making based on recommendations on complex HR issues in partnership with the HR Analytics & Insights that intertwine into all departments and frameworks that get institutionalized.

Database Mining

• Use a variety of established quantitative and qualitative methods (including surveys, focus groups, database mining,) to gather, analyze, store and interpret data to derive useful information that synchronizes multiple data sources between TA, HRIS, HR Ops

ESSENTIAL:

Proven experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role, with expertise in HR data analysis.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data.

DESIRABLE:
