Nature of The Job
The Senior Specialist – HR Partner serves as an advisor to both business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives. The role is responsible for managing the employee life cycle, driving engagement initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering organizational effectiveness. It requires proactive HR support, strong collaboration, and extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, with a proven ability to work closely with business leaders and deliver strategic people initiatives.
Job Purpose
To support business leaders in achieving their goals by delivering strategic HR partnering solutions that cover workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and engagement. The role demands strong relationship management skills, problem-solving ability, and a keen understanding of HR policies and frameworks to ensure a high performing, compliant, and engaged workforce.

Key Accountabilities
Employee Relations
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Workforce Planning
- Partner with business teams to understand workforce needs.
- Support in manpower planning, role alignment, and succession planning.
Performance Management
- Drive the annual performance management process.
- Provide coaching to managers on feedback, development plans, and performance discussions.
Employee Engagement
- Design and execute engagement programs in collaboration with business units.
- Conduct regular connects and feedback sessions to build a positive work culture.
Talent & Capability Building
- Partner with L&D to identify skill gaps and recommend training interventions.
- Support in career development discussions and initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Adherence
- Ensure statutory compliance and adherence to HR policies across functions.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Provide insights through HR metrics (attrition, engagement scores, performance trends).
- Share dashboards/reports with leadership for data-driven decisions.
Desired Profile
Qualification
MBA in HR.
Skills
- 10- 13 years of progressive HR experience, with proven expertise in HRBP or HR Generalist functions
- Strong understanding of HR processes (employee relations, talent management, performance management, engagement).
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and sound judgment.
- Exposure to HR analytics tools and HRIS systems.
- Experience in driving organizational change or transformation initiatives
