Nature of Job

• The BI Specialist in an EdTech Analytics team is responsible for converting complex educational and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. Reporting to the Senior BI Manager, the role demands strong expertise in Power BI for building dynamic dashboards, interactive reports, and implementing advanced data modeling and DAX calculations to ensure scalability and accuracy. The incumbent is accountable for maintaining data integrity, optimizing performance, and adhering to governance standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Decision-making involves selecting the right visualization techniques, managing data refresh strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of insights that influence learner engagement and business growth. This position requires balancing technical complexity with clarity, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions quickly.
