Job summary

Piramal Realty seeks a senior leader to develop and refine the construction strategy aligned with business growth and project delivery objectives.

Role includes standardising practices across projects, driving lean construction, sustainability initiatives, and monitoring performance through dashboards for senior leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine the overall construction strategy aligned with business growth and project delivery.
• Standardise construction practices across projects to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
• Evaluate alternative construction technologies, systems, and materials to enhance project outcomes.
• Monitor portfolio-level project performance and identify strategic interventions to improve execution efficiency.
• Create robust governance mechanisms for project reviews, risk management, and escalation processes.
• Support project teams in resolving complex execution challenges.
• Lead initiatives to improve construction productivity and reduce development costs.
• Benchmark construction costs, productivity metrics, and industry best practices.
• Drive lean construction principles and process optimisation initiatives.
• Establish construction quality and safety frameworks across projects.
• Partner with Design, Development, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Asset Management teams to align business objectives with project execution.
• Present project strategy and performance updates to senior leadership. Create dashboards and management reviews for project health monitoring.
• Analyse portfolio risks and recommend strategic corrective actions.

• Drive lean construction principles and process optimisation initiatives. Establish construction quality and safety frameworks across projects.
• Drive sustainability initiatives, resource optimisation, and waste reduction programs. Champion best practices in HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
• Partner with Design, Development, Sales, CRM, Finance, and Asset Management teams to align business objectives with project execution.
• Present project strategy and performance updates to senior leadership. Create dashboards and management reviews for project health monitoring.
• Analyse portfolio risks and recommend strategic corrective actions.
