Job summary

UpMan Placements is seeking a senior construction executive to lead execution across multiple projects in India. The role covers planning, delivery, timelines, cost, quality, safety and final handover, with direct interaction with promoters and senior leadership.

You will manage project heads, construction teams, contractors and consultants, monitor progress, budgets and risks, and drive vendor management to ensure compliance with designs and standards.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall experience with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience with large-scale real estate developers, infrastructure, or property development.
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing large construction teams.
• End-to-end project execution from planning through completion and handover.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost, quality, safety, and contractor management.

Ideal Candidate

• 20+ years of overall experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
• Strong background in large-scale real estate developers(Preferred), infrastructure or property development.
• Should have handled multiple projects simultaneously and large construction teams.
• Strong experience in end-to-end project execution from planning through completion/handover.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost, quality, safety, contractor management and execution.
• Should be comfortable interacting directly with promoters and senior management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
