• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers, site supervisors, and construction personnel.
• Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and quality control standards across all construction sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring favorable terms and performance.
