Job summary

SRLR Construction's PMC division is seeking a Site Supervisor / Civil Engineer to oversee on-site execution, coordinate with client teams, contractors, and internal engineering teams, and prepare daily/weekly reports for ongoing projects.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel, with strong communication and coordination skills to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of site supervision experience or civil project coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of material planning, quality control, and site documentation.
