• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.

Applicants must currently be in Mumbai,

• Prepare and verify client RABills and Final Bills.
• Review and certifysubcontractor and vendor bills.
• Ensure accurate quantitymeasurements as per drawings and site records.
• Coordinate with project,finance, and client teams for timely bill certification and payments.
• Track receivables andoutstanding payments.

Planning

• Prepare project schedules usingMS Project/Primavera.
• Monitor project progressagainst planned milestones.
• Develop weekly and monthlyprogress reports.
• Identify delays and recommendcorrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams toensure timely project execution.
• Prepare quantity take-offs fromdrawings.
• Develop BOQs and detailed costestimates.
• Prepare project cost sheets andbudgeting.
• Analyze material, labor,equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Support value engineering andcost optimization initiatives.
• Study tender documents,specifications, and contract conditions.
• Prepare technical andcommercial tender submissions.
• Coordinate with vendors andsubcontractors for quotations.
• Conduct comparative analysis ofquotations.
• Prepare tender costing and biddocumentation.
• Participate in pre-bid meetingsand client discussions.
• Ensure timely submission oftenders.

ContractManagement

• Review contracts, work orders,and purchase orders.
• Monitor contract compliance andproject variations.
• Prepare variation orders andextra item claims.
• Maintain documentation relatedto contracts and project records.

MIS& Reporting

• Monitor project costs, billingstatus, and profitability.
• Present project performancereports to management.
• Maintain documentation andrecords for audits.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in CivilEngineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
