Job summary

Aaryan Structcon is seeking experienced engineers for a prestigious large-scale institutional project near Solapur, Maharashtra. You will lead end-to-end construction activities from excavation through handover, coordinating site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour to meet timelines and quality targets.

Role offers incentives including joining bonus, relocation allowance, monthly remote project allowance, accommodation, meals, travel reimbursement, and a completion bonus.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of construction activities from excavation to handover, delivering per goals and timelines.
• Lead and coordinate Site Engineers, Supervisors, contractors, subcontractors and labour teams; assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
• Develop and monitor project execution strategies, daily work plans and schedules to ensure timely milestones and optimal resource use.
• Ensure activities align with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, methodologies, IS codes and quality standards.
• Plan manpower, materials, Plant & Equipment and site logistics to maintain uninterrupted execution and minimize wastage.
• Maintain quality, safety and housekeeping; conduct site inspections, address NCRs and issues, enforce HSE standards.
• Monitor progress against milestones; track costs, productivity, material usage, and contractor performance; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, structural and MEP consultants, vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain DPRs, QA/QC records, checklists, measurements, material reconciliation and contractor billing support.
• Prepare and report project status, risks and issues to management; drive continuous improvement with new tech and best practices.

Competitive salary with the following incentives:

• 1. One time Joining Bonus: 50% of monthly Salary on joining and 50% after 6 months


• 2. One time Relocation allowance: 50% of salary.


• 3. Every month: Remote Project Allowance 15% of Salary


• 4. Airconditioned Accommodation provided at site.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Project Execution & Ownership: Take complete ownership of construction activities from excavation to project handover, ensuring successful project delivery as per project goals, timelines, and client expectations.


• 2. Team Leadership & Coordination: Lead and manage Site Engineers, Supervisors, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and maintaining discipline and productivity.


• 3.Planning & Scheduling: Develop and monitor project execution strategies, daily work plans, and project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and effective resource utilization.


• 4.Construction Quality & Technical Compliance: Ensure all construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, construction methodologies, IS Codes, and company quality standards.


• 5.Resource & Site Management: Plan and ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, Plant & Equipment (P&E), and site logistics to maintain uninterrupted project execution and minimize wastage.


• 6.Quality, Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain strict quality control, conduct regular site inspections, resolve NCRs and technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, HSE policies, and housekeeping standards.


• 7.Progress & Cost Monitoring: Monitor project progress against milestones, track project costs, productivity, material consumption, and contractor performance, and take corrective actions to control delays and cost overruns.


• 8.Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate effectively with clients, architects, structural and MEP consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.


• 9.Documentation & Commercial Control: Ensure accurate maintenance of DPRs, QA/QC records, checklists, measurement records, material reconciliation, contractor bills, billing support, and other project documentation.


• 10.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular project review meetings, report project status, risks, and critical issues to the Project Head/Management with practical solutions, while driving continuous improvement through new technologies, software, and construction best practices.
