Job summary

Source Engineering Services in Bengaluru is seeking a PLM/ERP specialist to manage BOMs and MBOM/EBOM across manufacturing workflows. The role requires hands-on PLM experience and SAP ERP exposure.

You'll collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure BOM accuracy, change control (ECO/ECR/ECN), and seamless data flow within Teamcenter or Windchill environments. We value strong communication and analytical problem-solving to support efficient manufacturing and product lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience with MBOM/EBOM in manufacturing contexts.
• Experience with BOM generation and maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLM systems (Teamcenter Windchill).
• ERP experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
