Job summary

Maruti Suzuki in Gurugram invites a PLM and Engineering Lifecycle Specialist with 5-7 years in PLM systems (E-BOM, PBOM) and change management. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, and PLM tools such as ENOVIA to streamline data flows and lifecycle processes.

You will support system users, resolve BOM/PLM issues, and optimize engineering data flow while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for system improvements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in PLM systems and Engineering lifecycle processes (E-BOM, PBOM, Change management, Part development).
• Hands-on or functional understanding of SAP (S/4HANA / SAP Ariba) and PLM tools (ENOVIA or similar).

Responsibilities

• Supporting system user and resolving BOM and PLM system related issues. Managing and optimizing Engineering data flow (BOM, sourcing, change management).

Design Development Experience with Auditing PM Skills

5-7 years of experience in PLM systems and Engineering lifecycle processes (E-BOM, PBOM, Change management, Part development) Hands-on or functional understanding of SAP (S/4HANA / SAP Ariba) and PLM tools (ENOVIA or similar)

Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering domain

Will be part of team responsible for:

• Supporting system user and resolving BOM and PLM system related issues. Managing and optimizing Engineering data flow (BOM, sourcing, change management)
• Coordinating with internal, across verticals, and vendors for system improvements

Competencies:

• Understanding of enterprise systems (PLM, SAP, engineering tools)
• Knowledge of Part lifecycle management
• Data analysis, reporting, and visualization
• Good analytical skills.
• Should have good communication skills, can coordinate within ENGG across vertical and enthusiasm to take up stiff challenging targets.

Any other specific job requirement:

• Exposure to automotive engineering systems preferred
• Experience in PLM-SAP integration projects is an added advantage
