Tradepass in Bengaluru seeks an experienced conference professional to take strategic ownership of its B2B events portfolio. You will shape market-relevant themes, design agendas, create speaker materials, and coordinate engagements to ensure standout value for attendees and sponsors.

The role covers speaker outreach to senior industry voices, on-site run-of-show leadership, and collaboration with leadership to identify new formats and growth opportunities that sharpen Tradepass' market position.

We are looking for an experienced conference professional to take strategic ownership of Tradepass' B2B events portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

Content and Agenda Strategy

Conduct market and industry research to identify high-impact themes, and translate those into commercially relevant, well-structured agendas that stand out in the market.

Speaker Acquisition and Relationship Management

Outreach to C-suite executives, senior practitioners, and recognized industry voices. Manage the full speaker acquisition journey from initial approach through to briefing and on-site coordination.

Agenda driving

Oversee the creation of — agendas, speaker bios, campaign emails, brochures, and website copy. Maintain a consistent tone and messaging that supports audience acquisition and ticket sales.

Growth

Identify new event opportunities, formats, and markets in collaboration with senior leadership. Contribute to shaping the long-term direction of the Tradepass events portfolio.

On-Site Event Management

Oversee the run-of-show, manage speakers and session chairs, and serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues on the day.
