Handle compliance and timely remittance related to:
Provident Fund (PF)
Employee State Insurance (ESI)
Professional Tax (PT)
Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
Audit & Inspection Readiness
Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external audits.
Support inspections by labour authorities and ensure closure of observations.
Track compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on changes in labour laws, codes, amendments, and notifications.
Understand penalties, inspection procedures, and compliance risks.
Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks.
Utilize HR compliance tools and statutory filing portals for filings and tracking.
Prepare compliance dashboards and reports for management review.
Maintain organized digital and physical compliance records.
