Job description
Responsibilities
1. Statutory compliance monitoring at project sites. Monitoring Labour laws compliance for projects on a regular basis
2. Highlight the issues if any to the Management regularly
3. Adherence to Statutory compliance provisions.
4. Ensuring maintenance of all registers, records and submission of half/yearly returns of all contractors as well as Principal employer at a given projects on or before the due dates
5. Preparation of monthly MIS reports and EC reports on pending issues
6. Implementing compliance system at new projects: Engaging compliance resource and implementing compliance system
7. Advise the project team on queries/issues if any and resolve the issues/implementation of new laws
8. Conduct service providers meet once in quarter and as when required with vendors
9. Conduct audits at projects site at least once in quarter at each project. Check documents thoroughly to identify non-compliance, risks and highlight the same to management
10. Conduct audit before the execution and completion audit and review status to close internal audits
11. Facilitate and ensure that the compliance documents are handed over to crown once the project completion audit is over.
