Quality Compliance Analyst
Join NES Fircroft as a Quality Compliance Analyst and play a key role in supporting the delivery and continual improvement of our quality, compliance, and assurance activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to contribute to governance, accountability, performance insight, and continual improvement across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders across multiple functions, you will help maintain our Integrated Management System, support compliance with ISO standards, and drive effective assurance and process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Quality & Compliance Support: Provide coordination, administration, and operational support to the Quality & Data Protection team across quality, compliance, and assurance activities.
- Audit Delivery: Plan, conduct, and report on internal audits against defined criteria, including the Integrated Management System, identifying findings, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Corrective Action Management: Record, monitor, and follow up on corrective and improvement actions, ensuring timely progression through to verified completion.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyse quality and compliance information to identify trends, recurring issues, emerging risks, and opportunities to enhance business performance.
- Supplier Assurance: Support supplier audits, assessments, performance reviews, corrective action programmes, and improvement initiatives to evaluate effectiveness and manage risk.
- Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing and improving policies, procedures, controls, and working practices to promote consistency and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Provide practical guidance and support to stakeholders, helping to increase awareness, ownership, and application of compliance requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality, Data Protection, Sustainability, Compliance, and other business functions to support shared objectives and priorities.
- Governance & Compliance: Contribute to initiatives that support legislative compliance, contractual obligations, governance frameworks, and adherence to ISO-based management systems.

What We're Looking For
- ISO Knowledge: Understanding of ISO Management Systems, ideally including ISO 9001.
- Audit Experience: Practical experience conducting internal audits against recognised ISO management system standards, with ISO 9001 auditing experience highly desirable.
- Compliance Expertise: Knowledge of audit principles, risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analytical Capability: Proven experience analysing information, identifying trends, and producing meaningful reports.
- Action Management: Experience managing audit findings, corrective actions, and improvement activities through to completion.
- Stakeholder Skills: Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a proactive and methodical approach to improving processes and controls.
- Additional Advantage: Experience with supplier audits, external certification audits, KPI reporting, dashboards, Power BI, or recruitment and professional services environments would be beneficial.
- Professional Qualifications: Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualifications and relevant quality or compliance-related qualifications are advantageous.
