Navkar Business Services in Mumbai is seeking a Compliance Associate to support our compliance operations. The role involves preparing and maintaining compliance documentation, reviewing records, assisting audits, and ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive and capable of working under pressure. The fixed night shift (9:30 PM–6:30 AM), Monday to Friday, with weekends off, and benefits such as PF, medical insurance and yearly bonuses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of data.
• Detail oriented with ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
• Review and verify compliance-related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Calculate income and asset values from various sources.
• Maintain and update Excel sheets daily.
• Prepare weekly compliance reports and submit to HOD on Fridays.
• Ensure proper documentation as per procedures.
• Monitor and update compliance policies as required.
• Support audits and other compliance activities.
• Handle large data volumes accurately within timelines.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 Gross per Month
Shift: Fixed Night Shift – 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
