• Meeting Coordination: Assist in managing board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas and minutes.
• Regulatory Filings: File periodic reports with RBI, handle ROC, manage SEBI filings on BSE portals.
• Audit Interactions: Share data with auditors, interact with statutory/internal authorities, and support functions related to SEBI, BSE, NSDL/CDSL, and RBI.
• CSR Compliance: Handle CSR compliances and interact with implementing agencies.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include managing compliance tasks, coordinating board preparing Board / Committee Minutes, coordinating board and committee meetings, and handling statutory audits. The role also involves maintaining statutory records and managing various regulatory filings.
