Job summary

HRALWAYS is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Operations across manufacturing plants and corporate offices. The role involves managing salary structures, payroll compliance, employee benefits, and HR analytics for large employee populations.

You will drive analytics with SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Darwinbox, supported by advanced Excel and Power BI, and ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (Manufacturing sector mandatory).
• Designation restricted to C&B (Compensation & Benefits) roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Operations across plants and corporate offices.
• Manage salary structures and payroll compliance.
• Provide HR analytics and MIS.
