Job summary

Northern Arc Capital is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits specialist/manager to lead the design and administration of compensation structures and employee benefits in Mumbai. The role emphasizes salary benchmarking, HR analytics, budgeting, and ensuring statutory compliance.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end C&B processes, drive dashboards and MIS, and collaborate with HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Finance on compensation-related decisions.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, or HR Analytics.
• Strong understanding of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Experience working with HRMS and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, PF, gratuity, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in the BFSI/Financial Services sector will be preferred.

Responsibilities
