Job summary

Saffron Search & Staffing is seeking a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager for a Hyderabad-based role supporting a global workforce. You will partner with HR, Finance, and senior leadership on critical people decisions, manage salary planning, and drive data-driven compensation analytics.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in compensation/rewards, strong India-US knowledge, and advanced Excel skills to support CPH analysis and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of immediate and relevant experience in compensation, rewards, or C&B management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles across India and the US, with exposure to international geographies.
• Ability to develop advanced Excel models, dashboards, and reports for planning and leadership.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and ongoing management of compensation programs.
• Manage the annual compensation cycle, including planning, budgeting, salary reviews, and promotions.
• Own Cost per Head analytics, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis with Finance.
• Undertake external benchmarking and internal equity assessments to ensure fair pay practices.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support forecasting and leadership reporting.

What will you do?

• Contribute to the development, evaluation, and ongoing management of
