Job description

An RBI-registered NBFC is hiring an experienced Company Secretary to run regulatory filings, compliance and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure timely filings under SEBI (LODR) Regulations and compliance with company law


• Manage NBFC compliance requirements including RBI guidelines and sector-specific regulation


• Handle issuance and compliance relating to non-convertible debentures (NCDs) and other debt instruments


• Manage board and committee meetings - agendas, notices, minutes and follow-up actions


• Maintain statutory records and registers; support corporate governance frameworks


• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, registrars, debenture trustees and internal stakeholders

We are looking for NBFC secretarial depth with genuine debt-listed exposure - the NCD workload is the sharpest differentiator - alongside board-facing confidence and cross-functional collaboration.
