Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive (B2A | CSR & Digital Skills), you will support on‑ground execution, partnership development, and program expansion by engaging with Government & aided schools, ITIs, polytechnics & diploma colleges, Degree colleges & universities, CSR partners, NGOs & implementation agencies. This role is ideal for field‑oriented professionals who understand the education ecosystem and government‑led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Outreach & Partnerships (B2A)
- Identify and engage Government schools, ITIs, diploma & degree colleges.
- Support MoUs, pilot programs, and institutional onboarding.
- Coordinate with principals, HODs, district education officers, and skill officers.
- UNICEF & Digital Skills Program Support – Assist in rollout of UNICEF‑aligned Digital & Life Skills programs; support student onboarding, faculty coordination, and program tracking; act as a local point of contact for institutions and implementation partners.
- CSR & Government Project Support – Assist in identifying CSR‑funded skilling opportunities; support documentation, field coordination, and reporting requirements; liaise with NGOs, CSR teams, and government bodies as required.
- Sourcing – Blue Collar & White Collar – Support candidate sourcing and mobilisation for Blue‑collar roles (Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Field Services) and White‑collar roles (IT, Analytics, BFSI, Operations, Sales); coordinate with institutions for student data, eligibility, and assessments.
- Reporting & Field Execution – Maintain activity reports, lead trackers, and institutional data; support events, orientations, and local workshops; ensure timely follow‑ups and coordination with internal teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in School Book Publishing / Education Content Sales; K12 institutions, ITIs, diploma or degree colleges; Education NGOs / CSR implementation projects; familiarity with district‑level education and skill development ecosystem.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / BA / B.Com / B.Sc preferred).
Experience & Skill Set
- 2–5 years in B2A sales, institutional outreach, CSR projects, or education partnerships.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
- Basic reporting, documentation, and follow‑up discipline.
