Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in coworking spaces, real estate, hospitality, or property management.
• CRM tool experience preferred.
• Adherence to company policies, service standards, and property guidelines.
• Drive client satisfaction, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and orient new clients to the coworking space.
• Ensure optimal utilization of workspace and facilities management.
• Maintain MIS reports on occupancy and client database.
• Promote the coworking space on social media and digital platforms.
