Job summary

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, mall/retail marketing, events or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with social media management and basic content planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work on-site, including weekends when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; marketing or hospitality background preferred.

• Manage Safina Plaza's social media presence and respond to visitor queries across channels.

• Handle on-ground visitor relations, feedback collection, and complaints resolution.
