Awfis Space Solutions Limited in Pune is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to run operations of 15,000–25,000 sq ft coworking space and manage revenue over INR 40 million annually.

You will build a strong community, coordinate events, ensure service delivery, and lead a team while maintaining compliance and brand initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in community or facility management.
• Experience handling annual revenue and P&L responsibilities.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiar with local language.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand community through events and partnerships.
• Ensure client satisfaction and high CSAT while aiming for renewals.
• Coach subordinates and facilitate team development.
• Manage vendor relations and ensure Purchase-to-Pay conformance.
• Oversee facilities maintenance and compliance.
• Execute client engagement and brand initiatives.

Job description

The position is all about people and creating strong relationships and great experiences. CM/PC would be responsible to run operations of 15,000 – 25,000 Sq. Ft. Office Space and handling Revenue over 40 Million INR/Annum The ideal candidate must have good experience in hands‑on implementation and effective in building / growing a community while managing Revenue and P&L. Assistant Community Manager will focus on execution of Standard Protocols.

Eligibility:

• Minimum experience of 3-5 years.
• Should have managed an annual revenue of a minimum of 2.5 million INR.
• Worked at a Revenue Centre in the last 2 years.

• Excellent communications skills
