• Conduct periodic connects with business units to understand service needs.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events aligned with client expectations.
• Consolidate feedback to management for ongoing improvements.
• Report concerns to the assistant workspace experience manager.
• Encourage teamwork and drive client-specific tech initiatives and best practices.
