Job summary

JobTrade in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking a junior bakery professional to assist in preparing items, weighing ingredients, and following seniors’ instructions. You will handle doughs and fillings under supervision while ensuring hygiene and safe practices in the bakery.

Responsibilities include maintaining workstation cleanliness, assisting in bulk production, and aiding in inventory control and daily requisitions. Training will be provided to advance through Commis II/III roles.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of bakery ingredients.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Basic hygiene and food safety awareness.
• Execute bulk production planning and execution.
• Monitor oven performance, fermentation, and finishing.
• Assist CDP in inventory control and daily requisitions.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and audit standards.

• Support senior commis during bulk production
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished goods
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and safety standards
• Assist in cleaning schedules and closing/opening duties
