Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a kitchen professional in Mumbai to support day-to-day operations, maintain mise-en-place, and ensure quality food preparation in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work under senior chefs, uphold hygiene standards, and collaborate with service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in our dynamic clubs, restaurants, and hotels.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hospitality, restaurant or hotel kitchens.
• Ability to prepare mise-en-place and follow standardized recipes.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place and keep work area clean and organized.
• Assist CDP and DCDP with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and maintain hygiene and quality.
• Coordinate with F&B Service, Room Service, Purchase and Stores teams to ensure smooth service.

What We Are Looking For

We are primarily looking for someone who is used to working in hospitality as the position requires understanding of how operations work. You are good with people and have a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.

You are also comfortable with systems and administrative tasks and with managing a little team and keep them motivated.
