Job summary

Soho House & Co in Mumbai is seeking a hospitality professional to support kitchen operations. You will work closely with the CDP and DCDP, prepare mise-en-place, and ensure cleanliness and high standards.

The role requires good people skills, punctuality, and the ability to lead a small team, coordinate with F&B and Room Service, and maintain quality while controlling wastage.

• Store food and provisions.
• Maintain quality and consistency.
• Control wastage.
• Coordinate with F&B Service, Room Service, Purchase and Stores departments.
