You will assess customer needs, conduct site visits, negotiate terms, and coordinate documentation to close transactions, while maintaining lead databases and tracking market

• Drive sales and leasing of commercial properties including retail shops, showrooms, office spaces, and commercial units.
• Identify and generate leads through channel partners, property consultants, brokers, direct customers, and corporate networks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, brands, business owners, investors, and commercial property buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable commercial spaces based on business needs, budget, and location.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, lease rentals, security deposits, and other transaction-related conditions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, agreements, and closure of transactions.
• Maintain a database of prospective customers, channel partners, and market leads.
• Monitor competitor projects, market trends, commercial property pricing, and rental values.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the sales and leasing process.
• Prepare regular sales reports, lead updates, and MIS reports for management review.
