• Provide advisory/consultation to customers for best deals.
• Identify client needs and propose suitable property solutions.
• Schedule engagement meetings with leads and showcase properties to HNI clients.
• Convert prospects into buyers by presenting suitable residential properties.
• Perform CMA to estimate property values.
• Coordinate with CRM team for post-sales service.

Position: Sales Manager

Description

• 1. Responsible for Attending inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
• 2. Develop relationships with Top Selling Developers and Investors and End-customers.
• 3. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
• 4. Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
• 5. Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
• 6. Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the HNI customers.
• 7. Converting prospects into buyers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment needs of the prospects.
• 8. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
• 9. Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle free after sales service.
• 10. Build trust, value others , communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
