Job summary

Fulcro in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across India, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring timelines, budgets, safety and quality.

You will supervise site teams, manage vendors and contracts, engage with clients for updates and handovers, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in managing commercial projects (retail, office, hospitality, etc.).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Primavera) and CAD/SketchUp.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian building codes, safety norms, and vendor management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and end‑to‑end execution of commercial construction sites.
