Job summary

Earn Modes in Pune is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead day-to-day commercial operations and coordinate between finance, HR and procurement functions. This role requires hands-on oversight of documentation, vendor relations and MIS reporting to support strategic commercial decisions.

The candidate should have a Graduate/MBA in Finance, HR, Commerce or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
