Job summary

UPL Limited in Ankleshwar, Gujarat, seeks an experienced Commercial/Export Operations professional to handle documentation, compliance, and dispatches for EOU and SEZ activities.

You will coordinate GST and customs, manage export and domestic shipments, maintain audit-ready records, and work with freight forwarders, CHA, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (preferred).
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial/export operations.
• Strong knowledge of GST and customs rules & regulations.
• Experience working with EOU and SEZ (Kandla) processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete documentation and compliance for EOU operations.
• Manage export and domestic dispatches including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with GST regulations for all transactions.
• Manage customs documentation, clearance, and liaison with customs authorities.
• Coordinate with SEZ Kandla for approvals, documentation, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoice, packing list, shipping bill, etc.
• Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Coordinate with transporters, CHA, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure audit readiness.
