Job summary

NKT is seeking a Commercial Excellence Coordinator to coordinate tender approvals and project reviews across Grid Solutions. You will collaborate with global teams, finance, and leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and well-documented information, supporting governance standards and consistent commercial execution.

The role reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and involves planning, documentation management, and process improvements in a multinational setting with limited travel.

Coordinate commercial reviews across global teams

As a Commercial Excellence Coordinator, you will support the tender approval and project review processes across Grid Solutions. The role focuses on planning, documentation management, stakeholder coordination, meeting administration, workflow support, and process development. You will work closely with commercial teams, project execution teams, finance, and leadership stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, distributed on time, and properly documented. Your contribution will help maintain governance standards, improve decision-making, and ensure consistency across regions and hubs.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Coordinate tender approval meetings, agendas, participants, and documentation according to approval requirements
• Manage document quality reviews, distribution, archiving, and approval records
• Prepare and distribute decisions, actions, and meeting minutes within agreed timelines
• Coordinate project review meetings based on project risk categorisation and governance requirements
• Maintain workflow automation tools and support continuous process improvements

This position reports to the Head of Commercial Excellence and collaborates with global Grid Solutions stakeholders across commercial, project execution, installation management, finance, and leadership teams. Location: NKT office location to be confirmed. Limited travel may be required.

You also have:

• Relevant degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent

• Experience with SharePoint and Power Automate
