Job summary

KK Wind Solutions seeks a Corporate Development Associate to support the Corporate Management team in developing and executing the company’s strategy. You will provide insights and analysis to help identify growth opportunities, value opportunities, and strategic rationale.

Based in Bengaluru, you will engage with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and finance, to drive deal execution, M&A diligence, and post-close integration, while upholding sustainability as a core

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years related work experience including investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting or Big 4 transaction services

Responsibilities

  • Work on financial analysis and company / business valuations
  • Provide M&A diligence and analytic support in pursuit of new investment and potential partnership/acquisition opportunities
  • Create strategic business cases for new growth opportunities with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market scans and identify new growth opportunities
  • Develop transaction proposals for senior executives including strategic rationale, risks, valuation and financial return metrics
  • Support post-close integration teams to identify and realize deal synergies
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, product development, and finance to drive execution of objectives
  • Develop ad hoc senior executive and board presentations
  • Strategy and/or Transaction execution (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) required
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently within tight timelines
  • Experience working with corporate executives and business owners
  • Excellent team-building abilities and strong communication
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams
  • A passion for sustainability is key to this role

Are you eager to join our global Corporate Development department to support KK Wind Solutions' top managers on a wide range of tasks in relation to acquisition, integration, strategic studies?

The purpose of the Corporate Development Associate is to support the Corporate Management team in the development and execution of the company’s strategy. As a member of the Corporate Development department, the Associate will be responsible for providing relevant insights and analysis to help the company make the right decision, address key challenges and identify new ways to grow.

Role and Responsibility

The position will support the Corporate Development department with:

  • Work on financial analysis and company / business valuations
  • Provide M&A diligence and analytic support in pursuit of new investment and potential partnership/acquisition opportunities (as required)
  • Create strategic business cases for new growth opportunities working with cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market scans and identify new growth opportunities
  • Develop transaction proposals to present to the senior executive team that include a thorough evaluation of the strategic rationale, risks, valuation and financial return metrics
  • Support post-close integration teams to identify, capture and realize deal synergies
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, product development, and finance to help drive execution of recommended business objectives
  • Develop ad hoc senior executive and board of director presentations
  • 3-6 years related work experience including, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy consulting or Big 4 transaction services
  • Strategy and/or Transaction execution (mergers, acquisitions, divestitures) required
  • Self-starter with an ability to work independently within tight timelines
  • Experience working with corporate executives and business owners
  • Excellent team-building abilities, with a focus on driving collaboration and achieving results.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to think critically in solving complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications mainly Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and MS Teams
  • An overall passion for sustainability is key to this role
