Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics and Finance Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams.
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Commercial Management and Support within a bigger international organization.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cross-functional team including key users and finance professionals.
• Drive improvements in data quality and cost/revenue assignments.
• Implement and maintain SOPs and KPIs to ensure service quality.
• Generate and analyze regular performance reports.
• Support regional teams in line with global policies, including CRM contracts, expense entries, IFRS calculations, bonds follow-up, A/R, R&C, etc.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment with regular performance reviews.

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team with key users, and financial specialists, accountantsincluding resource allocation, workload management, and performance monitoring
• Drive and support the improvement of data quality (ensure correct assignment of costs, revenues etc.)
• Implementing and maintaining standardized operating procedures and quality control measures, using KPIs, to control the service level and ensure the delivery of high-quality services
• Generate and analyze further reports regularly
• Support the Service Regions with the local team in line with global policies and in cooperation with GS commercial support (entering service contracts to CRM system, expense entry, creation of provision, IFRS calculations, follow-up of bonds, A/R, R&C etc.)
• Fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to team members

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Economy and Finance Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams
• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Commercial Management and Support within a bigger international organization
• In-depth knowledge of SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good English knowledge
