The role requires 4+ years of relevant experience, hands-on leadership of incident response, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across hybrid/on-site environments.

You will drive proactive monitoring, SLA governance, and automation opportunities to improve reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Command Center/NOC management or similar.
• Strong expertise in 24x7 operations, monitoring, and incident handling.
• Proven ITIL-based service management proficiency ( Incident, Problem, Change ).
• Experience with major incident handling, stakeholder communication, and SLA governance.
• Proficient with monitoring tools and alert optimization; automation awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 Command Center/NOC operations to ensure high availability of IT infrastructure and applications.
• Drive infrastructure monitoring, alert management, and proactive incident detection.
• Manage major incidents, escalations, and stakeholder communications with SLA compliance.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change processes following ITIL practices.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and RCA documentation for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 24x7 Command Center / NOC Operations ensuring high availability of IT infrastructure and business-critical applications.
• Drive Infrastructure Monitoring, Event Management, Alert Management, and proactive incident detection.
• Manage Major Incidents, escalations, stakeholder communications, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes following ITIL best practices.
• Lead service delivery, operational governance, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Configure and optimize monitoring tools, alert thresholds, and event correlation to reduce false positives.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, and Application Support teams for faster incident resolution.
• Develop operational dashboards, KPI reports, RCA documentation, and executive status reports.
• Mentor and manage Command Center teams while driving operational excellence.
