Job summary

Muthoot Finance requires an experienced Collection Manager to oversee the Unsecured Personal Loan collection portfolio. You will lead a team and coordinate with agencies to meet recovery targets and reduce delinquency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Collections, preferably Personal Loans.
• Experience with NBFC/Banking collection processes.
• Proven ability to meet monthly collection targets.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the collection process for the Unsecured Personal Loan portfolio.
• Lead and supervise the collection team to achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Allocate delinquent accounts and monitor field/tele-calling collection activities.
• Track DPD, delinquency, roll-forward and recovery performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to collection executives.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and internal teams for effective recovery.
• Monitor daily collection reports, MIS and productivity dashboards.
• Identify high-risk and overdue accounts and develop appropriate recovery strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, RBI guidelines and collection processes.
• Handle escalated customer cases and resolve collection-related issues professionally.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Take corrective action to improve collection efficiency and reduce portfolio delinquency.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of collection systems/MIS.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Regular Degree
• Experience: 3+ years in Collections, preferably in Personal Loans / Unsecured Loans / NBFC / Banking
• CTC: Up to 5 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance.
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.
