Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA preferred.
- Experience in digital lending collections within NBFCs/fintechs/digital lenders.
- Proven leadership of tele-collection teams and collection agencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end collections for the digital lending portfolio across delinquency buckets.
- Manage tele-collections, team leaders, and collection executives; set daily/monthly KPIs.
- Collaborate with Risk, Credit, Product, and Compliance; ensure RBI compliance and policy adherence.
- Develop and monitor analytics-driven collection strategies; optimize recovery performance.

Vaibhav Vyapaar Limited is an RBI-registered NBFC operating the LoanFront digital lending platform, providing unsecured personal loans to salaried and self-employed customers across India through a fully digital process. The company emphasizes technology-driven lending, regulatory compliance, and customer-centric collections.
We are looking for an experienced Collections Manager to lead end-to-end collections for our digital lending portfolio. The role involves managing delinquent accounts across various DPD buckets, improving recovery performance, leading tele-collections, managing collection agencies, ensuring RBI compliance, and using analytics to optimize collection strategies.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in unsecured lending collections within NBFCs, fintechs, or digital lending companies.
- Manage collection performance across all delinquency buckets (1180+ DPD).
- Drive reduction in roll rates and delinquency.
- Improve collection efficiency and recovery percentages.
- Monitor bucket movement and portfolio health.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Develop bucket-wise collection strategies.
- Analyze repayment trends and customer behavior.
